Vegan foodstuffs are becoming more readily available and awareness surrounding the environmental impact of eating meat is growing. With this in mind, we'd love to hear about your favourite vegan recipes. Perhaps you know how to make a vegan pie that keeps even the most ardent meat-eaters happy? Or maybe you discovered a vegan ice cream recipe during your own attempt at Veganuary, and never looked back?
